- Only reservations with a deposit equal to 30% of the apartment / week price are binding

Booking cancellation:
Should anything happen, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation is inconvenient for you as it is for us:
For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged if no new guests are found.
- From 14 days in advance we charge 90% of the price of the booked apartment if no new guests are found.
Please understand that we must charge the full price of the apartment in the event of late arrival or early departure, as well as for unoccupied beds. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
